Girls snatch county cup on penalties
Year 7 and 8 girls from Henlow Academy triumphed in the 7-a-side Football County Cup.
Beating many local schools to get to the finals, the girls did not drop a match and the result was decided on penalties. Holding her nerve, goalie Paris Musgrove managed to save a couple from the spot and the girls were victorious on penalties, ending 3-1.
The victory follows Henlow Year 7 and 8 boys winning the county 11-a-side final.
