It’s all gluten free to be fair...

ANYONE who has a sweet tooth but is gluten intolerant may be interested in a forthcoming food fair.

The Home Counties Gluten Free Food Fair 2011 will be taking place at the Weatherley Centre in Biggleswade on Saturday, September 17.

Suppliers and manufacturers from all over the UK will be showcasing gluten free foods of different kinds, including cakes, pastries and other snacks.

Tea, coffee and gluten free fish and chips will also be available.

The Beds and Mid Hearts branch of the Coeliac UK charity will be hosting the event, which will run from 10am until 2pm.

Entry will be £1, which include a ticket to the prize draw.
